The location is spot on and great for shopping and tourist activities. You can be in the centre of the huge market in minutes. The staff are superb! EMRAH and MEHMET helped us greatly and made us extremely welcome. I have looked at other hotels in the area that cost double and don't have the same quality or welcoming feel. I can't wait to come back to Izmir and I will definitely be staying at The New Hotel Zeybek. It is rated 3 Stars but I would say it's definitely 4 Stars. There is also a brilliant traditional Barber opposite that I had a haircut and wet shave with extra grooming for £6 (I usually pay £25) Thank you to all the staff!! Mike

Great hotel with great facilities, right in the heart of Izmir! The location is convenient, within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Great breakfast service in the morning and amazing staff! Many thanks to MertAli and Mehmet for their kindness during our stay and a BIG thank you to Emrah, who was a fantastic host to us- he always checked in with us, helped us with any questions we had, and helped organise a private day tour, which he spent the day driving us to important historic sights. Emrah is a very valuable member of the staff, we look forward to returning to The New Hotel Zeybek, thank you!!

The location of the hotel was fantastic! All the important sights are very close. The Wi-Fi connection was decent. The room also comes with a kettle and fridge, so you can store snacks and enjoy a cup of tea in your free time. And the breakfasts are really good too.

Location was very good, 5mins walk from the train station, perfect for a solo traveller arriving at night. Great as a base to explore Ephesus and Pammukkale which is reachable by train. Also walkable to Izmir's point of interests.

The location of the hotel is good. On a side street off main road but close to transport links and close to old town. My room was very clean and air con was included. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Very convenient location, close to the train station, taxis, buses, and the main attractions of the city. Excellent, helpful staff, they helped with all questions. Special thanks to the hotel managers Mehmet and Emra for their help with purchasing tickets. Delicious breakfast, good room equipment, comfortable bed.

The hotel is located at a good location near public transportation and metro station. Muhamat at the reception was very helpful and responded quickly for our requests without any hesitation. The Breakfast vas very good and with a good variety of options. The AC is good and powerful at first time it takes about 20 minutes to cool the room.
